AnesthesiologyIf your pet requires surgery, Linworth Animal Hospital uses the most advanced gas anesthesia available. Your pet is first given a pre-anesthetic exam and blood tests.
Patients are constantly monitored by a licensed technician while under anesthesia with equipment such as AP alert, to indicate the frequency of respiration, and a pulse oximeter, to indicate heart rate, rhythm, EKG, oxygen content of the blood, and pulse from the induction of anethesia through recovery.
